The Oval Office is a place for new artistic impulses at the Schauspielhaus Bochum. Whether theatre, dance, readings, performances or other artistic presentations, the Oval Office is a home for everyone. For our blog urbanana mag, Nathan met Tobias Staab, who already worked as a dramaturge at the Schauspielhaus Bochum, where he has since also curated the programme of the Oval Office as well as the series of concerts at the Schauspielhaus.

UPDATE: The Oval Office at Schauspielhaus Bochum celebrated its reopening in October 22. The oval space in the basement of the theater will be used in the future as a variable and spontaneously usable venue for theater, performances, readings, discussions and parties. You’ll find further information and the current programme here.
